Responsive SRM Platform

The Responsive SRM Platform is foundational for the products and capabilities in the Responsive portfolio. Access to the platform is included with every subscription purchase and provides access to the below features and capabilities. The Responsive Subscription Plans–Emerging Edition, Growth Edition, and Enterprise Edition–determine organizations’ level of access to certain product capabilities, with additional features and capabilities available for purchase..

  • Response Projects: Allows users to manage the entire process of responding to bids, questionnaires, and assessments, such as RFPs, DDQs, and security questionnaires, enabling teams to import documents, collaborate with team members, and draft, refine, and package responses in approved branded templates. 
  • Requirements Analysis: Empowers response teams to quickly determine whether RFPs with extensive requirements are the right fit for your company.
  • Proposal Builder: Allows users to quickly create customized sales proposals using pre-built templates, approved content, and company branding, enabling sales teams to quickly tailor proposals to specific customer needs . 
  • Responsive AI Agents: Empower teams to respond faster, smarter, and with greater accuracy with trusted AI companions that perform specialized work across the pursuit lifecycle -- aiding with decisioning, automated document structuring, drafting tailored responses, simplifying content management, and more.
  • Templates: Create your own templates to further automate questionnaire import and project creation.
  • Standard Reports: View and analyze Responsive usage details with executive dashboards and pre-built, standard reports.
  • Content Library: Stores Question & Answer (Q&A) pairs, images, and documents.
  • Ask: Democratizes knowledge by enabling teams to instantly access trusted, source-cited answers and craft accurate, compliant answers through a Q&A-style conversation leveraging Responsive AI.   
  • Multilingual UI: Provide users with a localized user interface, supporting more than 15 languages. 
  • Executive Dashboard: Displays reporting details such as the project stage, project type, library usage, project completion stats, project value, and much more.
  • Survey for Fit Analysis: Enables specified users to build survey questionnaires for intakes to help you determine if the intakes should be accepted or not.
  • Intake Request: helps teams submit project requests as intakes to the RFP team, who can approve it or reject it. 
  • Lookup: Provides the ability to search and find documents and accurate answers from the Responsive Content Library from various productivity applications where people work. Responsive Lookup is only available in the Growth Edition and Enterprise Edition subscription plans.
  • eSignature: Send bids, proposals and RFP responses to customers to sign digitally. Responsive eSignature is only available in the Growth Edition and Enterprise Edition subscription plans.
  • Field Projects: Provides guided, self-service experience for team members, including those in customer-facing roles, to respond to bids, questionnaires, and assessments. Responsive Field Projects is only available in the Enterprise Edition subscription plan.

  • CRM Connectors: Connect your CRM with the Responsive Platform to initiate, manage, and monitor projects from within the CRM application, in addition to synchronizing data between the two systems. 
  • Cloud Storage Connectors: Share files between popular cloud storage systems and the Responsive Platform. 
  • Collaboration Connectors: Enable Responsive users and guest contributors to communicate using #Hashtags and @mentions in Responsive create notifications with accompanying content in the collaboration platform automatically. Responses in the collaboration platform are sent back to Responsive in real-time.
  • Sales Enablement Connectors: Connect the Responsive Platform to your sales enablement tool so proposal teams can seamlessly import content stored in the sales enablement system into their response packages and export finalized proposals to the sales enablement system.

  • BI Tools Data Feed: Connect and export Responsive data to Business Intelligence solutions, such as Microsoft Power BI and Tableau.
  • API Connector: API Connector is available for purchase with Response Emerging Edition subscription plan and included with Growth Edition and Enterprise Edition. API call volume between the Responsive Platform and other services is subject to fair use. API calls above 5,000 calls per 24-hour period may be delayed.
  • Content Translation: Translate questionnaires and responses to any of 23+ languages and link translated content to the original source, subject to fair use. Content Translation is available for purchase with Response Emerging Edition and Growth Edition subscription plans, and included with Enterprise Edition.
  • Whistic Connector: Streamline responses to security questionnaires by connecting the Responsive Platform to Whistic. Whistic Connector is available for purchase with Response Emerging Edition and Growth Edition subscription plans and included with Enterprise Edition.
  • Door Connector: Complete DDQs more easily and quickly by accessing the latest and best content from Responsive from within Door. Door Connector is available for purchase with Response Emerging Edition and Growth Edition subscription plans and included with Enterprise Edition.
  • Custom Report Builder: Create custom reports and dashboards. Custom Report Builder is available for purchase with Response Emerging Edition and Growth Edition subscription plans and included with Enterprise Edition.
  • Business Unit (BU): Allows the ability to create distinct operating units within a single Responsive instance to keep people, projects, and content confined to a specific BU, but also share any of those across an instance to another BU. BU is available for purchase with Response Growth Edition subscription plan and one BU is included with Enterprise Edition, with the ability to purchase multiple BUs.
  • Sandbox: Allows organizations to set up a dedicated space for testing without affecting the live environment. Sandox is available for purchase with Response Growth Edition subscription plan and included with Enterprise Edition.

  • Admin Center: Manage users, groups, and license requests, and easily review account settings.
  • User Management: System Administrators can add, edit, and remove Responsive users and manage project ownership.

  • Library management: Detailed settings and controls to manage Q&A pairs, images, and documents.

  • Standard Support Package: Get standard assistance via phone, chat or email 24 hours Monday-Friday.
  • Premium Support Package: A more comprehensive support model that provides a faster response time to support tickets and expert advice over regular customers.

Special Deployment Options

  • GovCloud Deployment Option: Secure, cloud-based platform for US government agencies and contractors to adhere to rigorous regulatory and compliance standards. Purchase option of a dedicated or shared server environment for Growth and Enterprise edition customers. Hosted by AWS GovCloud, data is stored and processed in the United States.
  • Dedicated Cloud Deployment Option: Dedicates all cloud resources to a single Responsive organization, maintaining the integrity and security of your data. Purchase option for nGrowth and Enterprise edition customers.

Easily build self-serve Trust Centers or Profiles for specific audiences using pre-completed questionnaires from Response Projects and documents from your Content Library, and share them seamlessly with your customers, business partners, and regulators. Use Responsive AI to automatically answer risk, incident response, and security assessment questionnaires, such as CAIQ, ISO 27001, and VSA, or information related to your organization’s products, services, or policies. Access the latest standard questionnaires for compliances, such as DORA, SIG, CAIQ, ISO, and more, without leaving Responsive. The Profile Center product can be added with an annual fee to any Responsive SRM Platform editions.
